Payment Policy

A card on file is required to reserve your appointment and full payment is due at the time of service.


Booking Policy:

All bookings must be reserved using the online system. Due to the complex nature of keeping my calendar up to date for everyone, all sessions must be booked online using the client portal. I am unable to schedule sessions by phone, in-person, or e-mail. However, you can always reach out should you have any questions or concerns.

When you sign up as a new client you will create your own client portal. This allows you to view my calendar and pick the appointment times that work best for you. You can reserve up to 3 months of appointments using this method. I find this saves time and allows my clients to see my full availability and choose times that work best for them.

New Clients: Please book your first session as an “initial consultation”. When you create your portal you’ll get a chance to give me a heads up about what is going on for you through an intake form that I will read before our session. You are free to book without contacting me first as that will save time for you. You can always contact me for any questions beforehand as well and I’ll do my best to answer you ASAP!

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

If for some reason I am unable to see you at your appointed time, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. If you need to cancel your appointment and do so within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will not be liable for any fees. To cancel or re-arrange session outside of the 24 hour time frame please e-mail me directly at kbrown@conversationsfairfax.com. Late cancellations, No-Show's, and late beyond 20minutes to a session will be charged the full session rate. Please note, emergencies and medical emergencies may be an exception to this policy, however documentation may be required.
